How to Apply. Enrolment Process

Applicants being considered for a course must:


  1. Submit a completed/signed Student Enrolment Form
  2. Submit evidence that you have met the published entry requirements for the course
  3. Submit essential support documents
  4. If required, undertake eligibility assessment and evidence submission for government funded or subsidised training
  5. Corporate workshops and soft skills applicants needs to fill up the short course enrolment form only

Applications

Applicants seeking to enrol with Pivotal Education are required to submit acceptable evidence that they meet published entry criteria for their chosen course.


  • All applications submitted by a student must include:

    • Completed enrolment form with applicant signature
    • Driver licence, Photo ID, or current Australian Passport
    • Concession cards (where applicable)
    • Published entry requirements/pre-requisites (where applicable)
    • Please add completed Credit transfer form or RPL application form (if required)
  • Incomplete applications will result in delays in the admission process

  • Successful applicants will receive an Acceptance of Enrolment with course details, conditions of study, payment of tuition and other fees, orientation date

  • Unsuccessful applicants will receive formal notification that their application has been unsuccessful including the reason(s)

  • Applications for NSW Government Subsidised Training under Smart and Skilled must also comply with the Notification of Enrolment Process to assess eligibility and fee requirements

Verification of Documentation


Students are required to bring original entry documentation to sign up or orientation. Failure to provide original documentation or evidence of falsification may result in cancellation of the enrolment without refund. Such incidents may be reported to relevant Australian government bodies. Where there are doubts about a student’s claimed entry requirements documentation, Pivotal Education will contact the issuing institution for verification.

Deferral of Commencement

Deferral of commencement must be requested in writing to Pivotal Education at least one week prior to the start date of the course (unless exceptional or compassionate grounds apply).


Deferral of studies can only be granted for the following:

  • heart

    Illness and/or misadventure

  • heart

    Bereavement

  • heart

    Important family matters

  • heart

    Delays in providing documentation

Pivotal Education collects personal information from students for the purpose of training and assessment. Pivotal Education is required to report personal information to relevant Government Authorities without the express permission of the student. In all other cases, the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988 are adhered to.
