Sometimes people have trouble with their language, literacy (reading and writing), and numeracy skills in their training program.
These skills are also sometimes called ‘LLN’, and problems may include not being able to read and/or write well enough to complete your study, not understanding enough English to communicate well, or not being able to do any maths that may be needed for your training or job.
An LLN diagnostic tool is available for potential students. Additionally, upon enrolment Pivotal Education will provide additional assistance to applicants identified with special needs in regard to language, literacy or numeracy; physical or intellectual ability; or cultural or ethnic background will be provided with complementary assistance to maximise the possibility of attainment of the national qualification sought.
