Connecting Learning with Earning
A traineeship offers people the opportunity to access qualified training while they are
learning on the job. Earning while learning - it doesn't get much better than that.
Also, it offers employers an opportunity to mould an employee specifically for a role within
We provide the trainee with the required training to achieve their chosen qualification. We
find the best results are achieved if this training is conducted at the trainee's workplace, so
we can tailor our training to particular machinery, policies, procedures and environments. It
also minimises down-time as there is no need to travel to campus or to an external site.
However, if you prefer, we can also offer the same training in a classroom, or online.
You are responsible for general on-the-job training, and wherever possible ensuring that the
trainee is allocated enough work time to complete their training modules/work books.
Being able to test their theory in practice almost immediately fast tracks a trainee's
development, bringing you a return on your investment sooner.
